Yes, a small booking fee of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment online or within 24 hours of making a booking directly. This booking fee is redeemed against the cost of your treatment. The outstanding balance of your treatment is to then be paid on the day of your procedure. If you decide not to proceed to treatment, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of booking fee and will NOT be used towards the cost of treatment at a future point in time. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
Aesthetics is an art rather than a science, so results can vary from client to client. It is important to manage your expectations in terms of treatment outcome, as to achieve the desired results may result in a course of treatments as a gradual journey. Factors such as age, lifestyle, medications and even stress can affect the outcome and longevity of results -so I ask clients to bear this in mind prior to booking.
Refunds are not offered due to this as products are of the highest quality, and medically prescribed from reputable pharmacies and it is down to the individual client understanding the desired outcome vs the actual outcome of these treatments whilst also adhering to appropriate aftercare.
This depends on the treatment you have received and will be fully explained to you during and after the treatment along with written aftercare for you to follow.
If you have any other questions, that we haven’t answered above, please get in touch with us today.
